Rima Bonario has a Masters degree in Strategic Communications and Leadership. She has held executive positions focusing on marketing, communications, fundraising, program design and implementation, and event management. Prior to founding Your Wisdom Works, she served as Executive Director for three years for one of the largest Unity churches in the Unity movement in Houston, Texas. While there, she was involved in many aspects of leadership, which including conceiving, coordinating and implementing a full visual identity package including a new website for the church. She is well-acquainted with the demographic wisdom work targets. Rima was also one of three founding principals in the full-service marketing, communications and PR firm, Risuto LLP. In addition to her marketing and design expertise, her skills include strategic planning, product development, process design, strategic networking, group facilitation and collaborative containers, written communications expertise, and graphic design.

Recently one of Rima's articles was published in Sacred Secrets a collection of essays from spiritual leaders such as Michael Beckwith, Dr. Charlotte Shelton and Rev. James Trapp.

Shiloh Boss holds bachelors degrees in both Transpersonal Psychology, and Health and Healing from Naropa University, the prestigious college founded by Buddhist Rimpoche Chongyam Trungpa in Boulder, Colorado. She brings 15 years of experience in various positions of management, mentorship, healing, administration, and event planning to her consultation practice with Your Wisdom Works. With a special affinity towards driving the engine and values of the ‘new paradigm’ in society, Shiloh’s work has focused on the emerging field of Holistic Health and Wellness, the market of ‘cultural creatives’, and the ever-pressing interest in corporate social responsibility. She has played significant roles in start-up companies, small businesses, and non-profit organizations, and passionately explores the healthy development of collaborative teams, conscious business and the ‘fourth sector’ or ‘for-benefit’ companies. Shiloh holds certificates in Spiral Dynamics Integral: Natural Design in Systems, Conscious Evolution with Evolve.org and has studied with various mentors in the field of organizational learning, and living systems theory.
