Who We Are

About Us

Your Wisdom Works was founded as an answer to Spirit's call. We believe passionately that now is the time to soulfully and effectively bring new ways of living and being to the world. And we are committed to providing a powerful mirror to reflect the brilliant light shining forth from spirit-filled leaders and organizations.

We believe each project presented to us began as an impulse or a dream in Divine Mind. We believe you have been given all the wisdom you need to succeed. Our job is to act as coach, mid-wife, sounding board, and confidant in helping you manifest the Dreams of the Divine which have been entrusted to you.

Our mission is to awaken the world through partnerships with wisdom workers using spirit-led marketing and creative web solutions.

 

Rima BonarioRima Bonario has a Masters degree in Strategic Communications and Leadership. She has held executive positions focusing on marketing, communications, fundraising, program design and implementation, and event management.

Prior to founding Your Wisdom Works, she served as Executive Director for three years for one of the largest Unity churches in the Unity movement in Houston, Texas. While there, she was involved in many aspects of leadership, which including conceiving, coordinating and implementing a full visual identity package including a new website for the church. She is well-acquainted with the demographic wisdom work targets.

Rima was also one of three founding principals in the full-service marketing, communications and PR firm, Risuto LLP. In addition to her marketing and design expertise, her skills include strategic planning, product development, process design, strategic networking, group facilitation and collaborative containers, written communications expertise, and graphic design.

In addition to supporting others in sharing their wisdom, Rima shares her own insights and offerings as a the co-founder of The Q Effect and co-author of "The Art & Practice of Living with Nothing and No One Against You" and "Who Have You Come Here to BE? 101 Possibilities for Contemplation." She travels extensively presenting The Q Process, which assist people in transforming how they see and live in their world.

Rima is a graduate of The Foundation for Conscious Evolution's  Gateway to Conscious Evolution program, created by Barbara Marx Hubbard and Teresa Collins, for which she served as a Certified Guide and Mentor Guide for six years. She is also certified in the Spiritual Intelligence Assessment created by Cindy Wigglesworth of Deep Change. 

A doctoral student at Holos University Graduate Seminary, Rima is undertaking a research study to quantify the shifts in consciousness created by the art and practice of living with nothing and no one against you.

In addition to co-authoring "The Art & Practice of Living with Nothing and No One Against You Workbook" and "Who Have You Come Here to BE? 101 Possibilities for Contemplation," she has published numerous articles and is a contributing author to the book Sacred Secrets, a collection of essays from spiritual leaders such as Michael Beckwith, Dr. Charlotte Shelton and Rev. James Trapp, published by Unity House.

Susan McLeodIn supporting our clients, we often partner with Susan McLeod, MA, founder and president of Summa Consulting, LLC.

Susan and Rima met in 2000 when they were both working to earn a Master's degree in Strategic Communication & Leadership from Seton Hall University. 

Susan is the president of Summa Consulting LLC, devoted to helping social entrepreneurs fund their missions. She has 15 years of business management, corporate & government communications and journalism experience working with futune 100 companies. She has extensive experience in healthcare and children's education, and has served as Chair for the Arizona Institute's Early Childhood Development Council. She lives in Georgia, with her husband and two sons.
